A device earns nothing in a crate. We plan the site with your team, install, commission and verify performance before first clinical use, and hand over with operator training so day one is a working day.
Planned maintenance keeps small issues from becoming downtime. We build programs around performance inspections, safety inspections and preventive servicing, in line with the maintenance framework of the WHO Medical Device Technical Series.
When something fails, distance is the enemy. Our biomedical engineers are based here, so diagnosis and repair start locally: we talk your team through immediate steps, then put hands on the equipment when hands are needed.
Published studies report that 40 to 70 percent of hospital equipment in low and middle income countries is out of service, and missing spare parts are a leading cause. On an island, spare parts logistics is the service. We plan spares before they are needed.
Our philosophy is simple: your schedule comes first, the paperwork is ours. While equipment is under repair we look for every way to keep you running, and where a manufacturer loaner or backup option exists we coordinate it end to end, delivery, instructions for use and sterilization handover included.
Aftersales does not stop at the equipment. Our nurses, biomedical engineers and technicians provide personalized, face-to-face support in the theater, from the first cases on a new platform through to routine use, so your team is never alone with an unfamiliar device.
Many avoidable faults start at the user interface, which is why training is part of the service relationship, not an extra. Operator training at handover, refreshers when staff rotate, structured modules on the Mauritius Talent LMS and CPD sessions through local accredited providers.
