We deliver island-wide across Mauritius. For Seychelles and Madagascar, our Import/Export team handles shipping and customs so your order arrives compliant and ready to use.

Yes. We install, repair and provide ongoing maintenance for all equipment we supply, with swift repairs and regular preventive maintenance to prolong lifespan and minimize downtime.

Everything after the purchase order: installation and commissioning, preventive maintenance programs, repair by our local biomedical engineers, spare parts logistics for the Indian Ocean region, and in-theater clinical support. Loaner and backup options are coordinated with the manufacturer where a program exists.

We hold agreed stock at your facility at no upfront cost, monitor usage and replenish on time, and you pay only for what you use, when it is used. It keeps theatres, cath labs, dialysis units and wards ready without tying up your working capital, and implant sets are managed with their instrumentation for surgical lists.

Yes. Our product specialists train your team from basic operation to advanced features and maintenance protocols. Training is supported by the Mauritius Talent LMS, and CPD sessions are available through local accredited providers.

Warranty coverage is confirmed per equipment quotation, since terms vary by manufacturer and product line. Ask us when you request your quote and we will set out the coverage in writing.
