Fresenius Medical Care, headquartered in Bad Homburg, Germany, is the world's leading provider of products and services for people with renal diseases. Formed in 1996, it manufactures hemodialysis machines, dialyzers, acute blood purification systems and dialysis water treatment at around 35 production sites, and also operates a global network of roughly 3,600 dialysis clinics caring for more than 290,000 patients.
The chronic therapy range runs from the 6008 CAREsystem, which delivers HighVolumeHDF as a standard therapy and pairs the machine with the pre-connected CAREset disposable, through the 5008 series to the workhorse 4008 series. Acute care is covered by the multiFiltratePRO CRRT system with Ci-Ca regional citrate anticoagulation. FX CorAL and FX classix dialyzers use Helixone polysulfone membranes, and the water technology line spans the AquaA central dialysis water system and the AquaBplus and AquaB LITE reverse osmosis platforms.
We supply and service Fresenius Medical Care systems for hospitals and dialysis units in Mauritius, Seychelles and Madagascar, a portfolio that also anchors our group's dialysis.mu resource. Our engineers install machines and RO plants, run preventive maintenance and keep consumables flowing through consignment.
