Every year, World Prematurity Day on November 17th brings a global focus to the needs of preterm infants and the families and professionals supporting them. Premature birth continues to be the leading cause of death in children under five, with preemies facing significant health challenges, including respiratory difficulties, jaundice, and cardiovascular instability. It’s a reminder of the unique and essential role that neonatal professionals play in helping these infants survive and thrive despite the obstacles they face. This day is not only about raising awareness but also about celebrating the expertise, compassion, and resilience of neonatal care teams.

At Medtech, we’re honored to support neonatal professionals, and we’re thrilled to invite you to a special virtual event on November 20th, 2024, to commemorate World Prematurity Day.
